1. Villas for rent have all essentials like bed linen, towels, kitchen ware and household appliances.

Extras, which are not included in Villa Rental Package:

1. The price for water is 500 baht for 5000 litres. Average water consumption for a big family is 1000 litres per day, which is about USD 3 or USD 4. But because sometimes a lot of people live in one villa (there are some villas with 4 or 5 bedrooms) and it is difficult to calculate the average water consumption rate, we decided to make it out of the package. Water is brought to the island as it is forbidden to drill wells.
2. It is also difficult to calculate average electricity cost for different number of people. Normally it is about USD 4 a day per bedroom. Abnormally, when you turn all the a/c on, open the windows and go to the beach. You can also check your electricity consumption on the electricity counter. The price is 4.5 baht per kilowatt.
3. Satellite TV costs USD 50 per month.

Housemaid Service:

1. Housemaid service costs around USD 20 per day (cleaning, cooking, babysitting). Working day of a housemaid is 8 hours on a convenient for you schedule, extra hours are paid separately. There is only one restriction for housemaids, it is not allowed for them to babysit kids less than six months old. It is too much responsibility.

Methods of Payment:

1. Bank transfer to the dollar account in Thailand. Terms of transaction can be specified in the bank.
2. Electronic money payment – Paypal (money transfer takes 5 business days).

How to Book a Villa:

1. Check villas availabilities and dates via email, ICQ or by phone. Our residence consists of three parts and they quite differ. Usually we confirm your reservation within 24 hours via email or by telephone call.
2. Choose method of payment and ask for the invoice. We’ll send you the invoice along with the contract.
3. Ones payment is settled you receive a voucher.
