QUESTION: Can you tell us how much it will cost to rent a villa for 4-6 adults beside the beach?
ANSWER: All our 70 villas are on the sea side, only 5-10 min walk from the beach, as the residence is like a big hotel. For accommodation of 6 adults, you can book a 3- or 5- bedrooms villa; the price is almost the same.
QUESTION: Where can we make groceries?
ANSWER: You can make shopping at one of the three main supermarkets, as well as at the local market and shops. Detailed information you can find on our website:

QUESTION: How much will we pay to a servant?
ANSWER: We call them housemaids, they are cleaning, cooking, baby-sitting. They do not speak a word of English. Their service will cost you USD625 per month or USD20 per day. Working day is 8 hours.
QUESTION: What is the minimum length of stay? How many people can live in a villa?
ANSWER: Minimum length of stay is one week.
QUESTION: What will be average expenses per two weeks or one month?
ANSWER: Speaking about minimum for an average tourist, the expenses will be as follow: 3 meals in restaurants by 300 baht each equal 900 baht, massage once per day – 300 baht more, rent of the car – 600 baht and some fuel by 30 baht per liter. And the rest is individual choice: alcohol, excellent restaurants, excursions, etc.
QUESTION: What are the prices at the market?
ANSWER: We will put the information for each type of exotic products. Just for example, kilo of shrimps costs 140-170 baht (divide it by 32, according to the exchange of USD), the prices vary according to daily catch.
QUESTION: How can I buy a flight tickets?
ANSWER: You can buy a flight ticket online; it takes 15 minutes only. It will take a little more of your time if you go to a booking office or a travel agency that works with Thailand. On our website you can find the list of the aircraft and charter companies we tried ourselves.
QUESTION: Is it a charter or a regular flight?
ANSWER: You can buy a ticket for charter, we will give you the list of charter companies (usually they work as tour operators), or you can buy a regular flight from an aircraft company, the list is provided on our website.

QUESTION: As I understood you are calculating the amount to be paid according to the number of days. Am I right?
ANSWER: Yes, you are. For example, if you have rate for 10 days, but you are planning to stay 11, so you divide the amount by 10 in order to get the rate for the additional day. Monthly rate you divide by 30, regardless whether the month has 28 or 31 days.
QUESTION: Do you need a deposit or all the bill could be settled on site?
ANSWER: We are requesting full pre-payment not only for the villa, but for the housemaid service as well in case you are requesting it. Once the payment is settled we assign a villa for you and give you its number.
QUESTION: It is mentioned on the website that you have a private beach. What is its length? Is it enough for the tourists staying in the village? Are there sun beds? Are there towels provided?
ANSWER: Yes, we have our private beach, which is used as well by a new 5*hotel and a small hotel with bungalows. The beach is several hundred meters long and not considered to be a large one (for Samui). As there are no much people, sometimes you have feeling that it belongs to you only. There are sun beds on the beach. Beach towels are provided in the villas, so you bring them with you on the beach.
QUESTION: How many bathrooms are there in a villa? Does each bedroom have a bathroom?
ANSWER: Our standard in the villas is one bathroom per bedroom, but only one bathroom is has a bath tab, the rest have shower only.
QUESTION: Do private pools in the Villas have sun beds?
ANSWER: Yes, there are sun beds at the private swimming pool; you can see them on these photos.

Normally there are between two and four sun beds. The rent of an extra sun bed is 500 baht per month.
